First of all this is too much all at once. Just one single step at a time. Other people do this as well and I tell them it is wrong, but no one seems to care and just cooies the person before hand. This process is supposed to be a communication, not a lecture. Anyways I will do my best to go through this but it is way way way too much.

Tomarrow is 27/28 so we don’t have to list Edgar. But we do need to verify that the WCTC anmeant is completed. I think it is pretty much conpleted so I’m not worried. So overall we should be fine. Do 3 team priortirs to list for Atlantic. That’s it. Just uodate the list.

No-4 I still don’t understand what all of this is. Either way it is just the team Priorites not the VA Execuitve Priorites. I’m not sure what is going on we ain’t, but maybe we need some new policies like requiring RTVA communications to be direct and simple and not huge long lists of items that are very difficult to read. Either way just make a proposal with some VA Priorites. I think maybe you are confusing Va and Team Priorites. I think we already covered the team prieoties so we don’t need to go back to that. So one step at a time. Maybe have clarity on the step so that we understand what is being focused on. I think maybe you skipped 2-3 steps to get to the propsoal agsin.
It seems that the number one problem for new woekers is confusing Team Priortirs and Exeurive Priorites. So we need to figure out how to organize that.
