Policy discussion on relations of team to HR board

Agreed, just a question if the proposals made to address the backpay issues have been turned down. can the issue be escalated to the HR board to vote on it ?

My understanding of the policies is that the HR board has equal vote to all other workers except for budget Decisions. So policy decisions related to money are not exactly monetary Busget decions, but it wouod be difficult if not impossible for the team to pass a policy if the Hr board wanted to get invoked. But the Woekers couod also block a policy if they felt the Hr board was not addressing their issues. So that ensures that the Hr board can’t abuse their power either. But every time the team votes on a monetary issue the HR board has the final say, so the HR board can set its own policies for how it wouod vote on review proposals from the team. So even if it wouldn’t be officsl policy of the orgsnization, the Hr board can set culture based on how it votes when reviewing propsoals. So overall there is a balance of power between the Hr board and woekers. Hopfuky that answers your question.
